We are excited to be moving into our new location in the fall of 2023! We will be occupying the retail space at the new Modera Overlake Apartments on 15350 Bel-Red Road, Suite 120, Redmond WA 98052. The new office is located just around the corner from our current building. There is ample street parking on NE 21st Street as well as free retail parking spaces in the parking garage accessible from NE 21st Street. 

 

After 2 years of planning and working with our designers, the construction is nearing completion and we are thrilled to see it go from a concept to a real working space.
