Jen - Optician

Jen, our optician, has a passion for selecting frames best suited to your lifestyle and personality. Jen moved to Washington from Arizona over a year ago and currently holds her Arizona State Board of Dispensing Optician's License. She is also certified with the National Board of Contact Lenses and American Board of Opticianry. Jen enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs (two Yorkshire terriers and a chow mix). With over thirteen years of experience in the optical industry, you can rest assured that you will receive the best of care from Jen.

Rebecca - Office Manager/Apprentice Optician

Rebecca, our office manager and apprentice optician, has spent all her life in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from the University of Washington and now calls the Eastside her home. Rebecca's outgoing personality and dedication to customer service make her the perfect candidate for working with people and managing the office. The optical industry has become a passion for her and she genuinely appreciates the staff, patients, and doctors at Overlake Eye Designs. Rebecca enjoys dance, traveling with her husband, spending time with her family and friends, and jewelry design. Rebecca also speaks Spanish fluently.

Crystal - Optometric Assistant

Crystal, our optometric assistant, is a recent graduate from Washington State University. Crystal's upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor make her an amazing addition to the Overlake Eye Designs team. She graduated from WSU with a degree in Psychology and enjoys working in the medical field. Her eco conscious way of life is something that she incorporates in her day to day life. Crystal enjoys yoga, reading, painting, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jessica - Receptionist

Jessica's warm smile and enthusiasm for providing the highest level of patient care allows her to excel in her role as a front desk representative. Her dedication to eye care, desire to learn, and interest in the optical field make her a valuable team member. She has grown up in Western Washington and is an avid football fan. Jessica has a passion for dance, drawing and painting, reading, yoga and just about anything that involves being outdoors.
